A: Yes — all our fencing and construction timber is pressure-treated for durability and longevity. Always wear gloves and cut in a well-ventilated area.

Q: Can I request custom sizes or cuts?
A: Absolutely. Contact us before placing your order to discuss sizing, cutting, or bulk supply options.

Q: Do you sell hardwood as well as softwood?
A: Yes, we stock a variety of both hardwood and softwood timber. Availability may vary — please enquire directly for hardwood.

🛒 Ordering Online

Q: Can I order online and collect from your yard?
A: Yes. During checkout, simply select the “Click & Collect” option. We’ll let you know when your order is ready.

Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?
A: Stock is updated regularly, but if you're unsure or need large quantities, message us on WhatsApp or call before placing an order.

Q: Do I need an account to order?
A: No, you can check out as a guest — but creating an account allows you to track orders and save time.

🚚 Delivery & Collection

Q: Do you deliver locally?
A: Yes. We offer delivery across South Wales including Caerphilly, Newport, Cardiff, and surrounding areas. Delivery cost is shown at checkout.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most local deliveries are fulfilled within 2–5 working days. You’ll receive confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Q: Can I collect my order same-day?
A: If the item is in stock and ordered early, we’ll try our best to prepare it the same day. Call us to confirm availability.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. You’ll see full payment options at checkout.

Q: What if there’s a problem with my order?
A: Please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll sort any issue fairly and quickly.

Q: Can I return timber or sheet materials?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days on unused, resellable items. Custom-cut or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
