Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel any non-custom order before dispatch. Contact us immediately at info@westontimber.co.uk or 01934 429 961.

What can I return?

Only standard stock items can be returned.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, in unused and saleable condition.

Custom-cut timber or made-to-measure orders cannot be returned unless faulty.

Who pays for returns?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval and process the refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
